Privacy Policy

Y3DM uses limited information to provide quotes, manufacture custom parts, process orders, prevent abuse, respond to requests, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Information

We process model files, filenames, dimensions, material, color, quantity, quote and pricing data; contact, billing, shipping, payment-status, and order data handled through Shopify; design request names, emails, descriptions, and optional files; wholesale business/contact, operating-location, project, and business-EIN information; support and privacy-request information; limited security information processed by Shopify and Cloudflare; and policy acceptance timestamps. Wholesale EINs are encrypted before storage. Do not submit a Social Security number. Y3DM does not receive full payment-card numbers.

Purposes and sharing

We use information to provide requested services, perform orders, maintain security, handle claims, respond to privacy requests, and comply with law. We share only what is needed with Shopify and payment providers, Cloudflare hosting/storage/security services, shipping carriers, and internal production services.

Retention

• The local quote basket expires after 7 days of inactivity.
• Removing an unpaid quote schedules its cloud record and model files for deletion after a 7-day recovery period.
• Quotes never attached to Shopify checkout are automatically scheduled for deletion after 30 days.
• Design and wholesale inquiries and uploaded files are automatically deleted from Cloudflare after 90 days unless a shorter period is configured. Abandoned incomplete uploads expire after 24 hours.
• Paid-order data is kept only as reasonably needed for fulfillment, claims, security, and tax, accounting, or legal requirements.

Choices and deletion requests

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an appeal and may object to certain processing. You may change optional cookie consent through Privacy choices in the site footer. To request deletion, use the Request Data Deletion page or email your3dmarketplace@gmail.com.

Security, children, and changes

We use access controls, private tokens, restricted origins, abuse protection, and deletion workflows. No system is completely secure. The service is not directed to children under 13. Material policy updates will have a new effective date.
