Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern purchases and use of the website operated by Your 3d Marketplace (“Y3DM,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting a model, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Custom 3D printing services

Y3DM provides made-to-order 3D printing, design, scanning, wholesale, and related services. Instant quotes are based on automated model analysis and the options selected. We may require manual review, correct an obvious pricing error, or decline a job that cannot be produced safely or lawfully.

2. Your model files and authority

You represent that you own the model and instructions you submit or have permission to use and reproduce them. You grant Y3DM a limited, non-exclusive license to store, inspect, modify for manufacturing, slice, reproduce, and share the file with service providers only as needed to quote, produce, support, and deliver your order.

You must not submit content that is unlawful, infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights, contains malware, or is intended to create prohibited weapons or unsafe products. We may reject or delete prohibited content.

3. Specifications and manufacturing

Unless the order states otherwise, Y3DM may choose reasonable print orientation, supports, seams, infill details, and production settings. Additive manufacturing naturally produces layer lines and minor cosmetic or dimensional variation. Colors shown on screens and filament batches may differ slightly.

You are responsible for verifying dimensions, tolerances, material suitability, fit, load, temperature, chemical exposure, electrical use, and regulatory requirements. Parts are not certified for medical, life-safety, food-contact, aviation, or other regulated uses unless Y3DM expressly agrees in writing.

4. Quotes, orders, and payment

A quote is an estimate for the specific file, material, color, quantity, and settings shown. Taxes, shipping, special handling, design work, or requested changes may alter the final amount. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed and Y3DM has not rejected it after review.

5. Changes and cancellation

Because each part is custom-made, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed after payment. Contact us immediately. If production has not started, we may approve a change or cancellation; design work, materials already used, payment fees, or other nonrecoverable costs may be deducted where lawful.

6. Shipping and delivery

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing. Customers must provide an accurate deliverable address. Inspect the parcel immediately and keep the item, shipping box, packing materials, and label if damage is found.

7. Returns and refunds

Claims must include the order number and clear photographs of the item, exterior packaging, interior packaging, and shipping label. Do not return an item until Y3DM provides written authorization and instructions. For the complete rules and claim process, refer to the Refund Policy page.

8. Website and quote tools

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to bypass security, upload harmful code, scrape protected services, interfere with other users, or overload the quoting system. We may rate-limit or block abusive activity.

9. Disclaimers

Except for promises expressly stated in an accepted order and rights that cannot be excluded by law, services and custom parts are provided “as is.” We do not warrant that a customer-supplied design will be fit for a particular purpose or free of design defects.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Y3DM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from a customer-supplied design or use of a part. Y3DM’s aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the affected item. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or applicable mandatory consumer rights.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. The parties may bring a dispute in a court with lawful jurisdiction; these terms do not impose mandatory arbitration.
